Investing in the future – Heber showcases new gaming controller at ICE

January 2015 saw Heber out and about at the ICE Totally Gaming show. The show was an opportunity to introduce a new generation of Pluto gaming controllers to the market – the Pluto A100 and T100. Both controllers are based on the latest AMD Steppe Eagle CPU with advanced Radeon graphics and are capable of running with a Linux or Windows operating system.

Designed to complement the X10i, the Pluto T100 produces Heber’s most cost effective video gaming controller making it perfect for cost sensitive markets. The A100, however, is an all-in-one gaming controller which offers an off-the-shelf solution for video slot machines.

Les Ashton-Smith, Heber Managing Director, launched the products at the ICE show:

“Investing in the gaming market has been a key priority for Heber over the past year and it has been immensely satisfying to take these new products to ICE and launch them to the market at the prestigious show. I was delighted by the interest in both Heber products generally at the show and the number of leads that we have had subsequently, which tell me that the gaming market has a real appetite for development and innovation.”

“We are considering the investment in new product design a definite success and have already booked our stand at ICE next year to showcase the next generation of controllers we are working on!”
