ICE Totally Gaming 2016 Show Success

The ICE Totally Gaming 2016 show held at the ExCeL Centre in London this month is now over for this year and Heber would like to thank all of our current and new customers for visiting our stand and discussing their gaming projects and requirements in detail and making it another very successful show.

“This has been another super show for Heber. We have a great number of new customer leads which we have already started to follow up”. said Simon Rose, Heber’s business development manager for gaming. The focus of the show this year for Heber was to promote our latest Pluto A400 gaming controller and our new XTouch touch-sensitive buttons.

Two Pluto A400 systems, targeting the casino, bingo and street gaming markets, were running games supplied by Betdigital, with whom Heber is now cooperating to sell their game engine that will allow game manufacturers to quickly and efficiently develop slot machine games on Heber platforms. The Pluto A400, with its outstanding graphics and multimedia performance, is the latest product in a long and successful history of designing and selling top class gaming controllers and is based on the new AMD Embedded R-Series SOC processor.

Heber also demonstrated its new XTouch through-glass button switch, which can be used to seamlessly replace mechanical switching in a range of gaming applications. This new mechanism for player interaction has gained significant interest from manufacturers across the industry, not least due to its brilliant LED backlight as well as its protection from ingress of water (a well known industry-wide issue) and removing the need to drill holes in the glass, which can interfere with the design of the graphics. Heber looks forward to seeing you all at the ICE Totally Gaming show next year!
