Heber grows its sales and marketing teams – meet Matt Collins and Adam Green

February saw a further strengthening of the Heber team as new colleagues Matt Collins and Adam Green started at the Mill.

Matt Collins joins as Heber’s Marketing Manager and will be responsible for managing all the company’s marketing and promotions. Matt has many years marketing and promotions experience in a number of sectors including oil, gas and construction. Latterly, he was Group Marketing Manager at Advanced Insulation Limited in Gloucester.  He was particularly attracted to the challenge of a marketing role at Heber where there is an opportunity to grow a global brand and work with a dynamic team who are really focused on delivering great solutions for clients.

Matt commented: “It’s an exciting challenge in that the UK electronics manufacturing industry needs to compete on a global basis in a fast changing world. I believe that Heber can offer an excellent electronics design service and we can use effective marketing to bring that service to life for new clients. I am really looking forward to developing a marketing strategy that can help Heber grow and directly support the sales activity for the company.”

When not at work, Matt enjoys landscape painting – and finds great inspiration in the beautiful landscapes of the Cotswolds where Heber is based.

Adam Green joins as Business Development Manager with a specific remit to develop new markets and work with clients to help them develop new solutions to innovation challenges. He sees opportunities to leverage Heber’s experience and knowledge in new industries that offer parallels to its traditional markets. Prior to joining Heber, Adam was at Automation Technology in East Sussex where he was involved in product design, and Intellectual Property development.
