Projects are all about our team applying their scientific understanding and experience to deliver the stated goal.

When we undertake a project for you it will be overseen by the project manager that was involved in creating your proposal. This is to ensure there is continuity from the start of the project to delivering. Your account manager will provide you with regular updates on how your project is progressing. To ensure that your project is delivered on time we track the progress in our weekly New Product Development meeting.

The tasks within a project vary significantly depending on the project but the development process remains constant. Our process follows a number of steps:

• Analysis of the requirements.
• Design to cover the requirements.
• Review of the design against the requirements.
• Development of the design.
• Test against the requirements.
• Final review.

This process is undertaken as part of our documented ISO9001 approved design process. This ensures that the quality of work we deliver is of a very high standard.
