How We Work Successful projects require effective communication

Developing and manufacturing electronic control systems is a complex operation and effective communication is a required skill. From first contact you will be assigned an account manager, who will be your first point of contact and will act on your behalf within Heber.

How we work with each of our customers varies slightly, but the majority of projects we undertake for them go through the following phases:

• Requirements; we develop an understanding of your needs.
• Proposal; we create an engineering project and proposal from your needs.
• Project; we undertake the proposed task and deliver the outcome.
• Follow-up; we provide support on the deliverables.
