Prototype Development We aim to deliver prototypes as early as possible

Our team has been busily working with you to identify your needs and requirements. We have developed a specification and project plan and are ready to start developing the first prototype.

We have been developing electronic control systems for over 25 years and have an ISO9001 approved development process. All project documentation is stored in a computerised documentation control system. This ensures that we will deliver prototypes that meet or exceed the agreed specification.

The prototype development may utilise any of our skills and may include:

• Analog and digital circuit design
• Programmable logic chip development
• Software design
• Prototype testing
• Technical documentation to support users and approvals bodies

To ensure that the quality of our work remains high, all designs go through a peer review process; where engineers are asked to justify their design decisions.

Our design philosophy is based on using the minimum amount of components to achieve the tasks; this is both cost effective and environmentally sustainable.
