We have a range of standard products, built and tested ready to go. In most cases, we only require a short time to make products customer specific before they are packed and ready to ship. We aim to send out items from stock in just 24 hours.
We believe that when a customer pays for products they should be sent out; unlike some suppliers we will not take your money and then start the manufacturing process taking months to complete orders.
No minimum order quantity
We can sell you one board or system if this is all you require. We have no restrictions of order size or shipment.
Very short lead-times for volume manufacture
As products are manufactured and tested locally, we have complete control over the design, sourcing and production timescales, this ensures good lead-times for our customers. We always aim to hold finished stock, so orders can be fulfilled as quickly as possible.
Even custom products can usually be manufactured and tested in just four weeks.
Long term supply
We understand that product design and approvals can be costly and are a necessary part of the gaming world. All Heber products are designed for maximum service life and long term supply. We will always aim to continue manufacture of products for as long as customers need them. Many of our products are still available 10 years after their introduction.
