Steam cleaning

Cleaning public corridors? Well not surprisingly Bubble gum is a problem, it gets left everywhere and it is notoriously difficult to remove. Matrix, a leading cleaning equipment manufacturer wanted to develop a new steam cleaning system and asked Heber to design the control system.

Designing for the Care market… with care

A Heber customer, an “Independent Living” bathroom specialist, was unable to accurately control the outlet water temperature of an electric care home shower.

In a Spin with Dyson

During the development over 1500 patents were filed on the Dyson washing machine and an ultra sensitive solid-state pressure sensing technology was specially developed to accurately and reliably measure water levels inside the washing machine.

Wireless Measurement

As a rapidly growing business, Elstat was looking to establish an ongoing partnership with a trusted electronic design and manufacturing firm. Elstat was developing a refrigeration energy management system for beverage coolers, on a very tight timescale, that utilised wireless technology to allow for complete installation flexibility.

Retail surveillance

The industry-leading loss prevention solutions provider “Sensormatic Retail Solutions” was tasked by two of their major retail customers to reduce theft from their stores.

A Magic Eye to look inside

A large number of Heber customers develop products for the cost sensitive consumer appliance market. The appliances often contain hazardous voltages, temperatures and moving parts, all of which can cause serious injury.
