Heber congratulate Richard Horne for twenty years of service Richard Horne - Twenty years at Heber

Heber has employed a number of apprentices that have progressed to senior roles within the company. One example is Richard Horne, Commercial Manager, who was one of the first apprentices at Heber. He has now been with the company for over 20 years. Heber have taken on apprentices in the Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing departments, and many have reached degree level in their chosen field.

Richard joined the company as an Apprentice Engineer in 1990 and has moved through a number of roles within Heber, including Engineering, Sales and Marketing to Commercial Manager, which is where he now resides. He works closely with customers on bespoke custom projects, from initial product specification, through design and approvals to volume manufacture and ongoing support. Richard’s skills and experience span a wide range of industries and markets such as white goods, security/POS, gaming and embedded real time controls, he is a credit to Heber.
